Please Note: Our front door remains locked as we do not have on-site reception services. The door will be unlocked 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, giving you time to enter, remove your shoes, use the washroom, and settle in comfortably before your treatment begins.
Payment and Direct Billing Reminder:
Please come prepared to pay for your appointment, as direct billing is offered as a courtesy and may not always be available. Portals can experience outages, and some plans do not support direct billing for RMT's. The clinic is not responsible for denied claims due to missing, incorrect, or invalid insurance information.
