We're excited to welcome clients to our new space at 1786 Bath Rd, Unit #1, located across from Frontenac School in Plaza 33.
Please Note: Our front door remains locked as we do not have on-site reception services. The door will be unlocked 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, giving you time to enter, remove your shoes, use the washroom, and settle in comfortably before your treatment begins.
Payment and Direct Billing Reminder:
Please come prepared to pay for your appointment, as direct billing is NO LONGER offered. Portal outages & delayed or lack of provider payouts, have brought us to this decision. This change took effect July 1st. Moving forward, all clients are required to pay for treatments at the time of your visit (with the exception of DVA) A printed or emailed copy of your receipt will be provided for your submission. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate our understanding. We remain committed to providing you with safe, effective and professional care.
